Diane M. Medina is a native of Bakersfield, California. She studied political science and criminal justice at California State University, Bakersfield. She received her law degree at Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego where she earned a Certificate in the Center for Law, Technology, & Communications. Since the tender age of seven years old when she would sneak out of bed and watch L.A. Law unbeknownst to her parents, Diane knew she wanted to be a lawyer. During her attendance at CSUB, Ms. Medina was cited for a speeding ticket on campus and challenged the violation in Bakersfield Traffic Court. After doing her homework and preparing for her pro per trial, she advanced objections and arguments to the traffic commissioner and impressed not only the Court, but the campus police officer as well. Being in that courtroom and fighting for her own rights gave her just a taste of what practicing law could feel like, and she was hooked from that moment on.
Ms. Medina has worked with the most prominent DUI firm in Bakersfield and knows her way around the Kern County court system when it comes to DUI and criminal misdemeanor defense. She’s no stranger to other county courts in California either, having appeared in San Luis Obispo, Tulare, Ventura, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Orange Counties as well.
Diane will steadfastly advocate for you with just as much passion and determination as if it were her own case. Call her today and set up your free consultation.
